Welcome to IMMACULATE GODSONS FASHION. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and agreements between you (the client) and our fashion house when you use our services.

By placing an order, booking a service, or engaging with us in any form, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

We provide fashion design and tailoring services including but not limited to:

  • Custom native wear
  • Agbada and senator styling
  • Traditional and ceremonial outfits
  • Ankara and modern fashion designs
  • Fitting and alteration services
  • Style consultation

All services are delivered based on client requirements and agreed specifications.

Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be confirmed before production begins
  • A deposit or full payment may be required depending on the agreement
  • Prices are subject to change based on fabric choice, design complexity, or urgency
  • Final payment must be completed before delivery or pickup of finished outfits

Failure to complete payment may result in delay or cancellation of the order.

Measurements & Fittings

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements
  • We also offer professional measurement services where needed
  • Any changes after final fitting may attract additional charges
  • Once an outfit has been approved after fitting, further alterations may be limited

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery dates are agreed upon before production begins
  • We aim to meet all deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fabric delays or emergencies)
  • Clients will be informed immediately if any delay arises

We value punctuality and always strive to deliver on time.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins
  • Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started
  • No refunds are issued for completed or delivered outfits
  • Refund requests (if applicable) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Customer Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide clear design instructions
  • Attend fittings when required
  • Respond promptly to communication
  • Approve designs before final production

Delays caused by client response may affect delivery timelines.

Design Ownership

  • All designs created by IMMACULATE GODSONS FASHION remain our creative work
  • We reserve the right to display completed outfits for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
  • Alterations made by third parties
  • Misuse or incorrect styling of finished outfits

Our responsibility ends once the agreed service is completed and delivered.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published on our website or communication platforms.
